We are looking for an experienced Project Manager in the Albany area who will oversee on-site execution of capital improvement projects in biopharmaceutical manufacturing environments. Including: proposal development and presentation, management of project resources, project budgets and forecasting, schedule management, project engineering, integration, installation, start-up and project closure. The ideal professional will also maintain and develop current and new client relationships.


Requirements:


??B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent technical degree.
??Minimum 5 years of project management experience in FDA regulated environments
??Experience managing capital improvement, remediation, change control, or integration projects within the Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device industry.
??Outstanding engineering and project skills including machinery applications and computer skills
??Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
??Experience managing contractors and vendors
??Experience developing all required project documentation


Manages all aspects of smaller, less complex projects from inception to conclusion. Projects include new machine sales.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
