About Call9: Call9 is breaking the mold of traditional Emergency Medicine and telemedicine while reinventing 911. Our patient-centered proprietary telemedicine platform connects off-site emergency physicians with on-site emergency medicine-trained Clinical Care Specialists. Call9 provides a spectrum of emergency care services at the patient’s bedside in skilled nursing facilities. Call9 Clinical Care Specialists facilitate high quality acute medical care at the moment of a patient’s emergency.

Primary Job Function: As a Clinical Care Specialist you will respond to acute needs of skilled nursing facility residents and initiate utilization of the Call9 interactive videoconferencing suite. On any given day you may find yourself performing 12-lead EKGs, live streaming telemetry, performing bedside ultrasound and point of care lab tests all while communicating with a Call9 emergency medicine physician in real time. The Clinical Care Specialist will also provide patient monitoring as requested by the Call9 physician.


  • Emergency medical experience required (EMS or emergency department).

  • Ability to remain calm in a demanding setting.

  • Willingness to serve as company ambassador.

  • BLS certification required, ACLS preferred.

  • Must be proficient in phlebotomy and performing EKGs.

  • Tech savvy, comfortable with cloud-based software, mobile devices.

  • Hard working and extremely punctual.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with other healthcare professionals.

  • Especially courteous bedside manner.

  • Strong problem solving skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
