Job Description: RCALD has an immediate opening for an Assistant Supervisor to work in one of our Rockland County Group Homes / Residential Programs.
Responsibilities:
Supervise part-time/overnight staff.
Hands on work with consumers, oversee their programming and monitor their needs.
Advocacy with parents and outside agencies, oversee physical/structural needs.
Requirements:
HS/GED required; BA/BS in a related field preferred.
2-3 years experience with ID/DD population.
NYS driver's license required.
Must be able to operate program van.
Hours: Full time, evenings hours.
