Responsibilities
Guest interaction
Use excellent communication skills to train, coach, and motivate team members
Scheduling
Ensure store cleanliness
Evaluate service standards on a regular basis
Qualifications
At least 2 years experience in both quick-casual dining and full-service-Chain Expereince Highly Desired!
New Restaurant Opening experience is required
Managers with a mix of FOH, BOH and Catering at the same time highly desired
Excited and passionate about great service
Hands-on management style
Willingness to help in any area of needEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
