Selected candidate will be hired by Jacobs or one of the teaming partners.
We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Office Assistant to be based out of our client's Regional office in Pearl River, NY.
You'll report directly to the client and will support client project managers and internal stakeholders.
You'll add value by applying your strong organizational and communicative skills to the business by attending meetings, document meeting minutes, drafting correspondence, preparing reports in Excel.
There will be follow up on action items to maintain forward progression of initiatives and tasks along with review and updates of business workflow processes and procedures.
Here's What You'll Need:

years of office administrative support experience Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and Outlook.
