This role involves all aspects of operating a transportation terminal and is a great fit for people who don't like to be bored.

Responsibilities:
Be the front line of communication for a terminal of school bus drivers/monitors Effectively communicates key information between all relevant partners (schools, employees, other dispatcher, manager) In a timely and professional manner Directs and assesses daily assignments of routes and vehicles Coordinate route and schedule changes between stakeholders Uses keen attention to detail to ensure processes are carried out consistently and efficiently Maintain a safety oriented mentality Answer phone calls and resolve situations Assist with emergency response coordination to accidents and breakdowns Drive a bus when necessary
Qualifications:
Dispatch or Management experience a plus but will gladly train a person who has a naturally solid work ethic Superb organizational skills Desire to consistently problem-solve in a time-sensitive environment Ability to quickly and responsibly prioritize tasks Proven ability to treat coworkers with respect and dignity Thrives in a fast-paced setting Active CDL a plus, but will train if not a current CDL holder This is a safety-sensitive position and requires a DOT pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check Compensation:
$50,000 to $60,000 /yr depending on experience (Will include health insurance plan for single paid in full by company) 3 Weeks PTO after first year (2 weeks first year) Paid Holidays Health Insurance Life insurance with no cost to employees 401K Short term disability insurance Job Type:
