We strive to make each one of our patients feel at home and at ease at a time when they are emotionally vulnerable due to their health.
We provide a true one stop for all our patient's medical needs with a full lab and imaging suite; both imaging results and blood lab work results readily available in 30 minutes.

Modern office setting Food provided Growth opportunities Duties - Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information to patients - Verify patient insurance coverage and collect necessary co-pays or payments - Maintain patient records and update information as necessary - Assist with medical billing and coding tasks.
(Scanning and uploading documents) - Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed - Manage office supplies and maintain a clean reception area Qualifications - Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in an administrative role is a plus - Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals - Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of medical scheduling systems and understanding of medical terminology is a plus This is our first urgent care in NY and will be opening several more in the next few months.
There will be opportunity to advance in to a bigger role as we continue to grow.
All current team members will be given preference as a potential candidate for new admin positions that are needed given that the individual is interested in moving up in the company.
