00pm (ability to work from home 2-3 days per week) Salary range $45,000-$50,000 per year Position involves full support for sales managers, and requires prior sales admin experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, professional manner in dealing with others, strong follow up skills, and a desire to work within a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for someone with a willingness to take initiative and responsibility, who can be proactive, handle multiple tasks at once and who is a flexible and adaptable team player.
Responsible for general administrative duties including written and verbal correspondence (internal and external), scheduling of market visits, updating of various files and documentation of sales meetings Support activities and productivity of sales managers Issue and maintain sales paperwork and product information Maintain and update sales and customer records Maintain trade show & all other lead follow ups Ensure that all open issues are being addressed and handled in a timely manner Issue broker contracts & manage broker directory Manage new Items & updates Handle Vendor packets/routing guides & new item setups (customer) Maintain organized files Research sales-related issues Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure timely updates Additionally, proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is a must.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
